Missing components

If you find that your game arrived with missing or damaged components, please contact us at mailbox@KadenaEntertainment.com so that we can make it right.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the game that you purchased through our site within the first 60 days, please contact us at mailbox@KadenaEnterainment.com to arrange for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase if you purchased the game more than 60 days before your email to us requesting a return.

We can only refund purchases made through our site.

In general, when someone requests a refund, to avoid return costs, we will try to find a library, game cafe, or school near them to which they can bring the game. After that organization receives the game, we will refund you the full purchase price that you paid by means of the account you used to make the original purchase.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mailbox@KadenaEntertainment.com.

Just so you know, if you received the game as a gift, we can only refund the individual who purchased the game on our site.
